1992 Olympic “Dream Team”

Following the end of FIBA’s ban on NBA players participating in the Olympics, the United States was finally able to send its best to the 1992 games in Barcelona. The “Dream Team” featured 11 future Hall of Famers, five of whom were on this autographed Sports Illustrated cover. Their domination on the court was unprecedented — the closest game was a 32-point win in the gold medal match — and remains unmatched to this day to the point that the team itself was also inducted into the Hall.
