Larry Bird, aka “Larry Legend,” is an American basketball legend celebrated for his skill, competitiveness, and basketball IQ. Born in 1956 in French Lick, Indiana, Bird starred at Indiana State before joining the Boston Celtics, leading the team to three NBA championships and earning three consecutive MVP awards. Later a coach and executive, he continued shaping the game.
