Autographed by Ronald Reagan in the Oval Office on Feb. 3, 1987. He called Senator Hatfield on phone and asked him to come over to the Whitehouse to discuss his upcoming trip to Vietnam. Hatfield brought this piece with him to be signed.

Reagan said while signing this piece “I’ve signed many souvenir items in my life however this is one of the more interesting pieces I’ve seen… I wouldn’t mind signing this myself.”

Reagan has always been an admirer of FDR.

Autographed by George Bush Sept. 7, 1989 in the Oval Office – He called Senator Hatfield  in for a private meeting asking Hatfield in for a private meeting asking Hatfield to run again and not to retire. He signed and dated 4 pieces that session.

Autographed by President William Clinton on Monday August 1, 1994 personally for Senator Mark D. Hatfield shortly after a bill signing in the Oval Office at the White House.
